Reviews
The store always has everything I need. I will say it is much larger than other Krogers so you might get overwhelmed. Only issue is Click-list. The Click-list shoppers always pick the over ripe or bruised fruit. I am assuming Kroger tells them to do this so there is less bad fruit for people to see in the store.
One of the best Kroger I know of. Clean, fast lines w great service, excellent selection of alcohol w a liquor store, fresh sushi, fresh cheese section and good fried chicken. There is also a Starbucks w seating. They offer wine tasting events last time I checked and this store also has a 5/3 Bank and florist.
Kroger left a cart in front of the exit.
There were no signs posted, just a cart left behind. As I was trying to leave, I moved it out of the way.
An employee actually started YELLING at me! Telling me to stop moving that cart, that exit is closed and that is why the cart is there.
I asked “Are you yelling at me? Who do you think you are? I want to speak to your manager”. She said that she’s the manager.
I said “what’s your name? I want the name of your supervisor.
So she walks away, refusing to give her name or supervisor information. As I asked her again, she said that I can leave the store now.
I took her picture and will make a complaint when I find out who her supervisor is.
What an awful store!!!
These are one of the best stores in the country. Clean, spacious, tons of choices. The prices are great as well. Stop here for anything you need or want!
For a larger store, this location was not stocked with the variety of items other grocery stores carry. You will find yourself having to go to another store to finish getting the things you need.
The self-checkouts were problematic all around me. One addled employee was crossing back and forth continuously to address the blinking self-checkout stations. The customer in front of me had to have help four times. Next to me, two different customers had the self checkout machines summon help. I noted the employee walk up to help the customer in front of me, turn away, and walk over to the other section where there were two other lights going off. The self checkout machines should not be relied upon as the only way to ring up an order. There was a rediculous bottle neck of customers unnecessarily at a high volume hour. Get those unused registers opened up and ran by a human.
The management needs to focus on attracting and retaining cashiers and bag boys so there are FTEs and PTEs to schedule during peak hours, events, holidays, etc.
The management needs to assess current purchasing and stocking so they can implement better systems and support their departments better.
If you like paying more for literally everything just because its in a nice area, this is the store for you! Screw Kroger, take look at their profits as we all struggle to fight inflation. 7$ for cereal, come to Kroger. Scumbags
The store has good selection and a good nice staff that works hard and cares about the store, but the reason for the one star review is for the management. I have been shopping at this Kroger for 3 years now, and the managers have only gotten worse and worse. They don't seem like their being strict because a job needs to be done they are abusing their power, so they don't have to do as much work. I have seen a manager belittle and berate an employer for not wanting to take the carts inside during a severe thunderstorm, this happend outside of the front entrance. And when I was shopping today around 7:30 pm a manger by the name of Joe H, and another woman who I can only assume is a manager, berate and belittle an employee outside of the front doors again. There are other cases of this happening, and it seems to be getting worse. Kroger, you need to fix this or my family, and I will stop shopping at Kroger altogether.
Kroger has it happening in the vegetable department. Check out this meal kit under $5.00. I took out the carrots and added 6 shrimp at the last minute. YUMMY for my tummy, as I tell the grand kiddos. One skillet and easy clean up too. Kroger keep it under $5 for we elderly and tomorrow night will be the Teriyaki meal. With another honest review of course.
